Door de lange aanvoerlijnen en de ingewikkelde logistieke operaties om de spullen bij de troepen in het inzetgebied te krijgen gaat er inderdaad wel eens iets mis, maar gelukkig ook heel veel goed. Er zijn voldoende redenen om af en toe eens goed na te denken over de verantwoordelijkheid voor het ondersteunen van de mannen en vrouwen in het inzetgebied. In juli is het congres Defense Logistics in Amsterdam. Een unieke kans om bij te spijkeren over defensielogistiek, Asset Management Control, Performance Bases Logistics, RFID en Sense and Respond Logistics.
