With the new study, “Logistics and real estate 2016”, analyst company Bulwiengesa continues the series of studies begun in 2015 into the asset class of logistics properties in Germany from a variety of perspectives. As well as updating the findings of last year, the new edition primarily looks at the issue of trends and demand drivers affecting the demand for logistics properties in the future. 

Maar liefst 55 procent van de magazijnen in Nederland maakt zo weinig gebruik van moderne managementmethoden en IT-ondersteuning dat ze een zwakke schakel in de keten vormen. De leiding in deze magazijnen is vooral bezig met brandjes blussen en heeft nauwelijks tijd om knelpunten structureel aan te pakken.
